The Parish

The Parish is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham (Charity No.234216). Our Archbishop is the Most Reverend Bernard Longley and our local Bishop is the Rt Reverend William Kenney.

He is always available to administer the sacraments to the dying. Please never delay in contacting him for this purpose or to let him know if someone has died and you want a Funeral to be conducted at St Peter’s. If you wish to arrange a Baptism or a Marriage he expects you to see him after Sunday Mass when he will arrange a time to visit you or arrange for you to come and see him in the house. If you are expecting to be admitted to Hospital or have an emergency admission please let him know.

martin-2-1024x768Father Martin Flatman was our Priest since 2005 until the 8th May 2016.  He is now retired nad lives in his own house in Eynsham in walking distance from the Church at 54 Hazeldene Close.  His contact details are: tel. 07719646790, email frmartinflatman@gmail.com

He is always willing to respond to any questions about the faith or requests for prayer.

The Finance Committee. The Parish also has a Finance Committee that meets four times a year to oversee the Church accounts and advise the Priest in the decisions he makes about the Parish and especially the care and maintenance of our Buildings. The Committee members are: Mr Bill Phillips who lives in Freeland,  Mrs Margaret Stevens and Mrs Ann-Marie Roisin from Eynsham, Mr Ian Methley who lives in Long Hanborough, Mr Mark Hull who lives in Farmoor. The Priest is ex officio member of this Committee.
